Tasting Notes:
Very complex aroma, with notes of exotic wood and crystallized citrus fruit, and also some iodine, a typical aroma of old Port wines. It is a very complex and elegant wine, with some citrus and spice notes and ends with a very long and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve chilled at 12-14°C.
Food Pairing:
Particularly enjoyable with cheese, with a dessert or simply on its own on any occasion.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
