Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), subsequently aging in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years, in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Dark brick-coloured wine with a complex aroma where we find dried fruits, hints of bergamot and a sweet vanilla scent. In the mouth it has a rich texture where we confirm all the aromas, finishing long and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Serve after dinner with fruit, dried fruit or cheese desserts.
