Tasting Notes:
Beautiful light brick colour. The nose is warm, intense and pervasive, with a lot of roasted almonds, black cherry and dark chocolate. There is quite a bit of alcohol upfront, reminding of an Amaretto. Full bodied with a smooth and creamy texture and the same layers of flavours on the palate.

This wine can be kept in bottle for an indefinite period, without any damage to the quality of its proprieties and character. Once opened, it should be decanted and consumed within 2 to 3 days. The periods here suggested are merely for guidance, not implying the deterioration of the wine but only a slow evolution that can lead to the loss of its original sensorial characteristics. Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14 ºC.

Disclaimer:
The photo shown is a copy of one of the bottles we have available for delivery. Keep in mind that the older the wine, the more likely the bottle will have some external dirt or slightly damaged labels. This does not mean, however, that the wine is not in a condition to be consumed.
The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
