Enveloping, good with excellent acidity, good citrus fruit, light wood. Citrus notes, well-integrated wood, persistent and captivating.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for seafood, fish or shellfish dishes, as well as some salads and pizzas.
