After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches went straight to a small wine press, stepped on foot where they macerated and fermented almost entirely with indigenous yeasts. A light pressing and stage was followed with the total lees in used barrels. Stage in barrel for 3 months with bâtonnage and 6 months in barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour wine, with intense aroma, with citrus touch and light tropical. Vibrant wine in the mouth, with excellent acidity, the fruit of the nose accompanies very well in the mouth. It ends long and persistent with mineral nuances.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.
