Fermentation and partial aging on lees for 16 months and with Batonnage for 6 months. Approximately 50% of the batch fermented and aged in used French oak barrels for 16 months, with malolactic fermentation occurring naturally with the addition of lees from the following harvest. Aged in bottle for 28 months before release onto the market. Without tartaric stabilisation.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, light straw colour. Citrus, lemon leaf, well integrated wood with some smoke, exotic floral. Complex, layered, creamy, some dried fruit, denoting the wood and good evolution.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for seafood, fish or shellfish dishes, as well as some salads and pizzas.

Contains sulphites.
