After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and decantation of 48 hours. Indigenous fermentation, without temperature control and stage of 6 months in used barrels. 6 month staging with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
A Loureiro with a well-closed aroma. It presents a light floral aroma, with a greenish colour, thin in the mouth. It ends long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.
