Clear, pale straw colour. Aroma: Abundant fruit with complex notes of candied citrus and white flowers reminiscent of jasmine. Complex and integrated aromas. Palate: Strong structure. Voluminous on the palate with excellent acidity, which provides a strong aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with pasta and pizza, sushi and Chinese delicacies.
