Keeping the origin of each vine, the musts followed alcoholic fermentation in new 500L French oak barrels. Fermentation process from indigenous yeasts, brings more complexity and character to wines. Long maturation in total lees (12 months). Malolactic partial make up the Burgundian inspiration route.

Concise, elegant, frank, expressive. Fresh citrus notes with great notoriety, lime, grapefruit, flower, white fruit, impeccable trace of pure minerality. Wide, serious mouth, exuberant acidity, salty, long line.

Serve at temperature 12-14ºC.

Perfect to pair with grilled fish, seafood, white meat, salads and cheese dishes.
