Winemaking:
Rabigato made and bottled without any added sulphur. It contains only the sulphites produced naturally by the yeasts during fermentation. Sourced from a plot of schist soil located 600m above sea level, these grapes were pressed directly in a vertical press. Spontaneous fermentation in barrels and vats (50%) and malolactic fermentation were completed. Bottled after 10 months of ageing.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow color. Fresh, clean and revitalizing aroma, with herbal notes of rosemary and hints of apricot. The palate is broad and long with the same aromas described above.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 10 ° C and 12 ° C.

A great choice to accompany fish, seafood, white meat and vegetables.
