Product details
Grapes harvested at optimum ripeness: the Alvarinho grape was picked at the end of August and the sercial grape was harvested at the beginning of September. The grapes were picked entirely by hand and transported to the winery in 20kg crates, where they remained in the cold room until the following morning. The grapes were sorted on a sorting mat, gently destemmed and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with temperature control (between 12ºC and 16ºC), for 25 days. The wine was aged on fine lees until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
With a bright lemon yellow colour, this wine stands out for its fruity and elegant aromas, characteristic of the Alvarinho grape variety. It also has a freshness and sensation of wet stone from the Sercial grape variety, with some notes of saltiness that complement it. The palate is velvety, with strong notes of white and tropical fruit. It's a wine with a perfect balance between alcohol and acidity, with a long, complex finish.
