Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour with bright reflections. Wine very restrained and thin. It has very discrete notes of apple and pastry. There are still soft notes of stone and very light toast. In the mouth it is wide and with crunchy acidity, it has viscous texture and long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Fish dishes (particularly codfish and tuna) as well as white meats and soft cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
