After a careful manual selection of grapes on the conveyor belt and destemming, occurs a pre-fermentative skin maceration followed by a slight pressing of the grapes. Careful fermentation of the must in open spout at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats for about 1 month.

Citrus colour. Lush, vibrant and unctuous. Good body and long in the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be drink around 8-10ºC.

Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
