Product details
Grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Temperature controlled fermentation with pumping over and extended maceration. Matures in new American oak and French “Allier” oak casks (300 Litres) for 12 months, followed by a fining period in stainless steel vats until bottling date.

Tasting Notes:
Ripe citrus appear well combined with light notes of vanilla from barrel. The body is full and creamy, has a beautiful acid balance, emerging at the end to give light vegetable bitter claw.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at 14°C/57°F.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with an array of appetizers, nutty and mild cheeses, fowl, fish and seafood.
