The grapes underwent crushing and total destemming. Fermentation took place in cement lagares (traditional stone vats) with foot treading. Malolactic fermentation followed by aging in used French oak barrels for 12 months. Natural stabilization and bottling occurred after 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
It has an intense ruby color, a fruity, elegant, and complex aroma. On the palate, it is delicate, with good volume, and the finish is long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with fine red meats, such as filet mignon with wine sauce, mushroom risotto, and more intense cheeses.
