Appellation:
Thanks to a careful production method, Herdade do Esporão balsamic vinegar is made with only one ingredient: grapes. The grapes yield concentrated must and wine. The wine undergoes acetic fermentation, producing balsamic vinegar, which is then mixed with the concentrated must. The resulting vinegar is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, in order to benefit from the aromas of the wood and the wines that previously aged there.

Varieties:
Traditional grape varieties

Tasting Notes:
Acetic aroma reminiscent of vinaigrette with subtle notes of wood. Mild and sweet vinegar.

Storage:
This vinegar has an estimated shelf life of 5 years, but may age and become cloudy over time due to its natural origin. It may naturally contain sediment and suspended particles.

Perfect Serve:
Ideal for reducing dishes with sweet and sour flavors, sauces, fruit salads (figs, strawberries and feta cheese) and rice dishes.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
