Appellation:
Through a careful production method, Herdade do Esporão's beer vinegar comes from Sovina craft beers, made with natural ingredients. The beer undergoes an acetic fermentation process, resulting in beer vinegar. After fermentation, this vinegar is matured without contact with wood. During the maturation process, it benefits from natural climatic conditions, being exposed to low temperatures in winter and high temperatures in summer, which contributes to its distinct sensory profile.

Tasting Notes:
Acetic aroma reminiscent of vinaigrette with subtle malt notes. On the palate, it reveals a sweet vinaigrette with malt notes.

Storage:
This vinegar has an estimated shelf life of 5 years, but may age and become cloudy over time due to its natural origin. It may naturally contain sediment and suspended particles.

Perfect Serve:
Ideal for fried fish, pickles, Asian salads (ginger, soy) and aioli sauce.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites and gluten.
