Product details

Winemaking:
Coming from Riesling grapes harvested by hand on November 1st with a high concentration of natural sugars, this wine underwent controlled fermentation with selected yeasts for 18 days. Part of the batch fermented in French oak barrels. After fermentation was stopped by the cold, it aged for 5 months in French oak barrels, with "bâtonnage" being carried out with fine lees.
