Grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the must, then they macerate in the lagares, the traditional stone vats from the Quinta, to ensure the best possible extraction of aromas, colour and tannins during fermentation. The wine is matured for 18 months in wooden casks, before bottling.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinto Cão,Sousão,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Black in colour. Mostly fuit but a bit of juicy in the nose. Medium body. Full of tannins and immature. Very promising finish. A wine that will be nice to follow.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at constant temperature. Best served at 15 -18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to deserts based on red fruits or dark chocolate. Also perfect with intense cheese.

Contains sulphites.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
