Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Strictly controlled aging in oak casks, through successive tastings, until obtaining the Port Wine Institute certificate. A quintessential "Vin de Garde," it continues to age in the bottle for many years until ready to drink.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby. Good aromatic intensity, with floral notes and notes of black fruit and blackberry. Balanced, fresh, and velvety on the palate. Very fruity with a dry, elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as a dessert wine, it pairs especially well with strong cheeses like Stilton and Roquefort, dark chocolate and tiramisu.
