Product details
It is planted at an altitude of approximately 650 meters, facing north, in Quinta dos Castelares. Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel tanks, at temperatures around 23ºC. Aged in small stainless steel tanks until filling.

Tasting Notes:
Open cherry color. Sweet and fruity aromas such as blackcurrant and cherry. Reveals complexity and elegance. Firm and balanced mouth with subtle tannins, a well-balanced acidity, which gives it a lot of freshness, finishing with good persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies pheasant, duck and soft cheeses.
