Product details
The grapes are transported to the winery in small plastic crates and undergo a rigorous manual sorting process. After total destemming and light crushing, the must is transferred to small, temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, a very gentle pressing takes place. Ageing for 24 months in new (50%) and second year (50%) 400 litre French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour and seductive aromatic expression with ripe wild berries, floral notes, spices and well-integrated barrels. Great balance in the mouth, combining intensity, elegance and freshness. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Ideal with grilled meats and game dishes.
