Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Concentrated ruby colour, intense and opaque in the center. On the nose scent of ripe red and black fruit, black plum and blackberries highlighted, some jam and floral touches. Alive, and striking solid tannins, but polished. Vigorous life. Lots of fresh fruit, good acidity and great structure to support all the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
