Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Its dark chocolate, orange peel, pot pourri and membrillo spices. Riper acidity and fine tannins. The red cherry and plum fruit is smooth, a touch baked, not as vibrant or well defined as young Bairrada Baga.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed with your favourite red meat or Cheeses and can cellaring for up to 10 years.
