Tasting Notes:
A very elegant and a very fresh wine, with good colour, violet, dark red and purple, with a good concentration of mature dark red fruit aromas, black cherries and plums and gentle aromatic and fruity flavours. Great balance and acidity, intense and velvety, with finesse and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
