Tasting Notes:
Red wine with slight tinged hints. Expressive on the nose, with notes of black fruit, chocolate, liquorice, rockrose and smoke. In the mouth, it is a very full wine, of great persistence and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best with game, bean and sausages stews and grilled red meats.
