Product details
The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22kg boxes to the winery. They spent 12 hours in a cold storage room, were then destemmed, partially crushed and transported by gravity to the granite wine press, where complete alcoholic fermentation took place with foot treading. The wine was then transported to 225L barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in these same barrels for 12 months. The wine was bottled in June.
