Product details
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. In a whole bunch, with stalks, they entered the "lagar" and were trodden on foot. Fermentation took place over 6 days in the "lagar" with indigenous yeasts, with subsequent addition of wine brandy. This was followed by an 18-month aging in Vila Nova de Gaia, close to the sea, with excellent conditions of temperature and humidity.
