100% manual harvesting, into small perforated boxes. Reception at a selection table. Destemming and crushing. Cold maceration for 48h. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. Aged for 8 months in new 300 L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense and very fresh aroma, demonstrating well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Upper Douro, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, the freshness, acidity and lively tannins denote the soil and the climate and provide longevity, then feel all the aroma notes in an elegant and long set.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
