Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Deep violet colour. In the nose it has exuberant aromas of wild basil and basil, with touches of orange blossom. Complex and intense in the mouth, interspersing blueberries and notes of spices. Long and juicy at the end of the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at room temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to Red Meat Dishes like Roast Beef, Whole Roast Duck, Roasted Rack of Lamb.
