Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested in the second week of September and pressed using a continuous press. Fermentation took place over seven days and was halted by adding 96% alcohol, resulting in a wine with a 17% alcohol content. The wine remained on its lees until February 2010, then was racked and placed in old French oak barrels in our E warehouse, where it aged until bottling in January 2025.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature 11/12ºC.

Excellent as an appetizer. Goes well with sausages, cheeses, smoked and/or marinated fish.
