Open spout. Destemmed and pressed grapes with fermentation and temperature control. Fortification with the addition of neutral alcohol, of wine origin, at 96% Vol. Aging in French oak barrels using the traditional quarry process until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Frasqueira Medium Dry Madeira Wine has a bright amber color with yellow-orange reflections. The nose is dominated by exotic and complex aromas of wood, fruit caramel and toasted almonds. Notes of iodine, spice, tobacco and nuts. On the palate, it is a semi-dry, clean, elegant, harmonious and extremely complex wine. Notes of honey and spice. Acidity and body well combined with sweetness and tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be stored upright and once opened, the wine will remain in good condition for several months. Madeira wines can create natural deposits, so we recommend decanting them. It is a wine with great longevity and is attractive for any occasion. Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed pure, as an excellent aperitif.
