Blandy’s Terrantez 1987 comes with a golden mahogany color and greenish nuances. Its intense aroma stands out for notes of toasted exotic woods, smoked dried fruits and aged malt whiskey, offering unique complexity and richness. On the palate, it starts with a sweet attack, quickly revealing itself to be fresh and powerful. The saline notes are evident, providing an invigorating and challenging tasting, with each approach bringing new dimensions of flavor. The finish is very long, leaving intense notes of spices and old cognac.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an digestive, it is a good wine for meditation.
