Product details
This unique Special Reserve comes from a “Blend” of two traditional Madeira grape varieties, Verdelho and Bual. Aging took place in two hulls, aged over 50 in the warmer and drier warehouses on the upper floors of the Funchal wineries - Blandy’s Wine Lodge. The selection of wines over the age of 10 years was made by the Winemaker Francisco Albuquerque who identified two unique lots and extraordinary characteristics that made it possible to make this wine absolutely different.
