This white wine was made with the intention of showing the highest quality possible with white grapes from old vines. To increase the aromatic complexity and structure of the mouth, 100% new wood barrels of 400 liters capacity are used, with very light toasting in the Burgundy style.

Tasting Notes:
A white Douro with very expressive fruit and a hint of vanilla/toastiness from the wood. The aim is always to be a benchmark white wine in the Douro Valley. With a lemon yellow appearance of medium depth. It has a pronounced aroma of grapefruit and mint, with a hint of vanilla and toasted notes of new oak wood. The palate is full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and a hint of citrus fruit and some tropical fruit, all intertwined with very fine and elegant aromas of very high quality wood; the finish is dry, long and mineral.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served chilled (between 10 and 12ºC).

Perfect with cheeses or Italian food.
