Tasting Notes:
This is a rosé wine from a typical Beira Interior grape variety that is at serious risk of extinction. It's the result of the grape variety being harvested early for its intended purpose. A beautiful salmon-coloured rosé wine, light and fresh on the palate, with a delicate flavour and aroma of underripe blueberries and fresh blueberries. Elegant, dry, pleasant and uncomplicated.
