Product details
The wine is vinified in stainless steel and part of the blend ages for 5 to 6 months in 500L old French oak barrels (over 10 years old). After the cold winter, the wine is aged in cellar sur lies 12 months after the end of the second fermentation with periodic pugnetage and remuage made in the classic pupitres to gain the structure that a great sparkling deserves.

Tasting Notes:
Pale coppery colour. Aroma with notes of dried fruits and flower petals, intense and complex. Smooth and creamy mousse, fruity and elegant, reveals freshness and great persistence at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 6º to 8ºC.

As an aperitif in convivial moments or to accompany meat, fish, seafood or pasta dishes.
