Tasting Notes:
Citrine color. Sweet and fresh flavor, with light notes of jam, creamy and persistent. Intense white-fleshed fruit and light citrus notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an appetizer; It goes well fish and seafood.
