After at least 12 months in the bottle on the lees of the second fermentation, before disgorgement, it showcases the fruit and volume of the Baga grape variety and all the complexity, creaminess and persistence of aging in the cellar.

It has a pale yellow color and very attractive aromas that include notes of citrus, green apple and bread dough. On the palate it is a vibrant sparkling wine, with plenty of energy, revealing a beautiful, very smooth freshness with a slight sweetness on the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6ºC to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
We suggest enjoying it as an aperitif, accompanying appetizers or any fish or white meat dish. It is a sparkling wine of choice to pair with Leitão à Bairrada (Bairrada-style suckling pig). It goes excellently with traditional sweets.
