Product details
The grapes, from a single vineyard, are carefully harvested by hand and subjected to a gentle pressing. The blended juice is then fermented in the bottle, resulting in a secondary fermentation that occurs naturally within the bottle itself. The wine remains on the lees for a long period of time, contributing to its complexity and textural richness.
