Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged in stainless steel with batonnâge on fine lees.
Grape Varieties:
Viosinho,Gouveio,Arinto
Tasting Notes:
Citrine color. Delicate, floral and fresh aroma. In the mouth it is also delicate, enveloping, citrusy, with vibrant freshness and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the Douro “Terroir”, and is expected to age positively in the bottle for around 6 to 10 years after bottling. Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Sushi, pastas, risottos and seafood, with the evolution in the bottle will challenge us to more complex gastronomy.
