Winemaking:
This Grand Reserve comes from the oldest vineyards of Síria, at an altitude of 750 metres. The grapes were harvested by hand and pressed in whole bunches, taking advantage of only the first squeezes of the press. It is then vinified in new and used 500 litre French oak barrels. Aged for 1 year in barrels, on the lees during fermentation.
