Tasting Notes:
On the nose it clearly shows the aroma of fresh and very aromatic blueberries that only the mountain and the purity of the air can give. In the mouth it is very balanced, with volume and richness of flavour. Juicy and full-bodied, generous but fresh. Reveals depth and balsamic persistence.
Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.
Perfect Serve:
Traditionally, liqueurs are served chilled as an after-dinner digestive. Excellent to drink chilled, with ice or in cocktails. Much appreciated as an ingredient to make desserts or to add a special touch to sauces and main dishes.
