Winemaking:
Technologically advanced grape and must treatment (dynamic decantation) and efficient clarification by flotation. Vinification carried out at a controlled temperature of 16ºC using yeasts selected according to the desired profile. Aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruity aroma.
