Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest in a 20 kg box, direct pressing with stalk where only a certain fraction of must was selected for decanting and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel. Aging for 21 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage in the first 7 months. 16 months of aging before disgorgement.
