Winemaking:
20% Arinto 2019: Subjected to Battonage in stainless steel tanks, this part of the base was strategically treated to increase volume and complexity. 30% Arinto 2020: Selected from a plot exposed to northerly winds, harvested in the last week of August in 15 kg boxes and pressed with 60% of the stems. 10 blends of the two colors were aged in the cellar for 14 months, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors and aromas.

Citrus, with lemony tones. Complex aroma, with notes of white fruit and brioche. Fresh and mineral. Creamy with delicate mousse, fine and persistent bubbles.

Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.

Ideal as an aperitif for social gatherings or to accompany fish, seafood or pasta dishes.
