Made 100% with the Alvarinho grape variety, aged for 24 months (70% in barrels and 30% in stainless steel tanks), it was matured with fine lees in the bottle for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
Alvarinho sparkling wine combines the vegetal notes of the skin, the intensity of the aromas, the balance, and at the same time the delicate side of this variety. Greenish in colour, the wine boasts an intense aroma, with a tropical and slightly vegetal touch. Well-balanced on the palate. It finishes long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12°C. Can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored flat in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
Food Pairing:
Salads, oily fish, white meats and grilled foods.
