Produced using the ancestral method, in which the wine is bottled before it has fully completed its first fermentation, then finalises the fermentation of the natural sugars in the bottle, creating carbon dioxide. There is no second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque yellow. Primary aromas, fresh, slightly tropical fruit. Fine bubble, medium mousse, fresh with tropical notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif for social gatherings or to accompany fish, seafood or pasta dishes.
