Sparkling wines differ from still wines as they undergo a second fermentation which produces carbon dioxide, giving the much-desired effervescence. This second fermentation can take place in pressurised stainless steel tanks (charmat method) or in the bottle itself (champenoise or traditional/classic method).

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. All the aromas of the Alvarinho grapes in a sparkling wine. Thin and pleasant bubble. Long in the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Food Pairing:
Very versatile with a wide range of cuisine. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany roast cooking meal.
