This sparkling wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. After being drawn, it ages in bottles in a cellar, with controlled temperature and humidity.

Tasting Notes:
Golden citrine in colour with green nuances, it presents a fine, persistent and lively bubble. An easy starter, with a full and crunchy round mousse, its essence is the flavour of cut lime, a timely stem with light notes of walnuts and peanuts. It is all round and ends with a dry and firm finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving Temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Fish, seafood, sushi, vegetarian dishes, cold salads, ceviche and fish tartars.
